"There is a wild, feral quality to the Armagh that I find especially appealing. Dense and powerful, but in the classic Wind Gap style, the 2014 Armagh is fabulous today." 94pts. -Antonio Galloni, © Vinous, January 2016
Intensely perfumed black plum, summer fruits, blood orange, black pepper, pink pepper and cured black olives. Smells way richer than the wine actually is because this wine has an alluring lightness to it density. Not quite as ready to rip right out of the gate as the 2014 was at this early stage, this 2015 will benefit from resting in your cellar for another year or two. $42
Our pride & joy, this 100% Syrah remains a staple in the finest restaurants of the world and a favorite of sommeliers for its classic structure, flavor profile and plain deliciousness. These three spectacular sites are all delicious on their own as you probably well know, but for whatever majikal witchcraft always create a deeper and more complete wine when blended together. This 2015 will rank up there as one of the best yet.
